1. Embrace Resistance as an Opportunity: Often, the best customers are those who initially resist what we offer. They are the ones who, once convinced, become the most loyal and passionate advocates of our products. Understand that resistance is not a barrier but an opportunity to make a real impact.

2. Persistence Shows You Care: If you truly care about your customers, giving up is not an option. The length of your sales call or webinar is a testament to your commitment. It's about showing up and staying until the very last question is answered, demonstrating your dedication to their needs.

3. The Value of Investment: People value what they invest in. Freebies might attract attention, but it's the products and services they pay for that they commit to. If you want to make a real difference, encourage your customers to invest in themselves.

4. Past Failures Don't Define Future Success: Whether it's your sales record or your customer's past experiences, they don't dictate the future. Encourage your customers (and yourself) to view each new opportunity as a fresh start, a chance to succeed where they haven't before.

6. Creating a Shift in Consciousness: Sometimes, the key to effective selling is helping your customers shift their mindset. Moving from a state of dependence to one of self-reliance can open up new avenues for growth and success.

7. The Urgency of Problem-Solving: Every moment you delay in providing a solution, you prolong your customer's challenges. Focus on how your product or service can provide immediate relief or benefit, even if it's not in its perfect form.

These beliefs have been a cornerstone of my approach to sales and business.

They are not just techniques; they are a mindset, a way of connecting with customers and understanding the deeper aspects of sales.

Remember, at the heart of every successful sale is a belief in yourself and your customer.

Once you're sold on this, everything else falls into place much more easily.
